I waited an hour for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. When I tried to talk to the person on the intercom at the airport she was curt and talked over me. She did not want to answer my question and hung up on me, twice. The question would have been 'If I get a taxi how much should it cost?'. Apparently what ever she was doing was more important than trying to help a guest. |

Clean, efficient and quiet for a large hotel. Free Shuttle bus to airport was very important factor in our decision to stay there. A $25 euro deposit to use a hairdryer - And the cost of internet access is outrageous! |

Rate, shuttle service from the airport and possibility for checkin any time. Was a good choice for our 24 hours transit. The hotel logo is 15 minutes response, and at time they take 15 minutes even for what would be a very quick response in other hotels. At AM checkout, there was only one desk working with a crowd waiting, getting late for their flights. |

Very close to airport and free shuttle is a plus Dining options were not tempting enough. We ended up at a Chinese restaurant about 2 miles away. |

The restuarants were good and staff friendly They out myself and my colleagues on the top floor and we were all woken by people walking back and forth and moving tables above us at 4am!!! They need to look at some sort of sound proofing as this was very annoying |

The shuttle service was intermittant; when telephoned from the airport, the staff seemed to have a standard answer that the bus would arrive in 10 minutes. Sometimes it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Because of this, I will not stay at this hotel again! Shame, because it is quite a nice place to stay in. |
