Pur avendo due ristoranti premiati con la stella michelin ( ed era uno dei motivi della mia scelta) non sono riuscito a mangiare in nessuno dei due,uno chiuso e nell'altro avrei dovuto mangiare alle 18.30 l'ultimo dell'anno............inoltre non sono riusciti a trovarmi un'altro ristorante all'altezza in tutta la citta'....... |

Lusso elegante mai opulento, ma discrezione e classe in tutto il personale davvero altamente quliticato L'alto prezzo del breackfast e del minibar rispetto alla qualità e i prezzi degli stessi ristoranti interni (ben 8!!) |

The room and room service were ok, just right for this type of hotel, but nothing really above expectations.The hotel is way too far from the city center. We traveled for the weekend and wanted to stay within walking distance to main city sights. However, it is 20 min to get to Dam Square by trolley. Besides, this hotel is huge. Maybe it is a good venue for corporate events , but it lacks any cozy features that would make it a comfortable place to stay for a young couple. The staff is very unfriendly. Eventually we moved out earlier and moved to Swiss Hotel which is perfectly located on the Dam Square w/perfect rooms in high tech style. |

The service was wonderful. Make sure and mention although price was reflected in dollars, if you pay with a credit card; the exchange rate to euros was not great therefor hotel cost more. |

Pleasant, smiley and helpful staff Rooms were very poor in facilities. Not even a coffee maker. Entertainment in the room was poor even in th lobby there was not even a coffee shop available |

the japanese Teppanyaki restaurant and the pool It was in the middle of extensive refurbishment therefore the price could have been lower per room. Drilling noise during breakfast was not good |
