F&b service staffs are not professional. Also the room amenities are not sufficient. Only provide Soap, Shampoo.... What about other amendities? Being a 1st Convention Hotel, we have to even pay for internet access!!! I dont think it will cost a lot to cost in the Complimentary internet access. Mostly are Business travelers staying in the hotel. Not value for money for Accor brand. |

The long distans from dam .... I didnt like I didnot want to stay at this hotel but they charg me in advans, my recuest didnot eccept!! And I forcd to stay very high prices for wirless internet &no spa is this novotel? |

staff service was 100% food was 100% everything in my book was great except one point when i checked out they assured in had one night to pay for i was sure the 3 night stay had been taken on line and all i would have to pay was items i had used and taxes which would only apply if i turned up i have paid this and waiting on my statement to arrive from card company to see if i am being overcharged |

Good weekend rates, including a rich breakfast (which otherwise would have been 20 Euro/person). Convenient location to/from the airport, a few minutes walk from rai Train Station, accross the street from Amstel Park, a pleasant recreational choice. Nice view from the higher floors. Decent bathroom, pretty new furniture. Not all reception staff is properly trained - mostly youngest ones. With one exception, none knew how to help making our stay more enjoyable, not to mention smile. The hotel is old, though they updated the rooms and the corridors have an unpleasant smell. (I believe they will be constructing a new one in 2009.) Bedsheets were not changed in 3 days.. |

Their location Their attitude towards passenger and strict rules of hotel that even if your leave the hotel due to travel changes you must pay the entire reservation!!! |

I stay in and around Amsterdam most weeks on business. The Novotel is all round the best hotel i've stayed in... and i will whenever the room rate fits my budget. The vast variation in room rates from week to week. |
