Hotel staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was cozy. We had a mouse in our room, and when told about it, the frontdesk lady just ignored the whole problem. Rooms were also very cold, and the water came in from the windows. |

Quite good hotel with tidy and clean rooms but unfortunateley very small in some cases and a bit in conveninet.However the location was good(very close in tram stops) 15 minutes from Leidseplein and 5 minutes from Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum.Also the breakfast was very good and the staff cooperative and helpful enough. The small rooms. |

Location: quiet, yet close to everything The room was very small even though it was "superior". The hotel could also use some renovation. |

Position good, being close to the park and museums, transport and shops. Room felt like a shoe box, as I could touch both walls by holding out my arms. Heating under the floor was too hot, and the air conditioning too cold. Could not open the window as there was no fly screen and the mosquitos came in. Thought about asking to be moved, but my friend was across the hall , and she had reception above her, and could hear the chairs moving across the floor. Lousy value, |

Location right in the heart of the Museum District. Very good breakfast. A wonderful and immense park in the back of the hotel. Tram stop at 100 meters. Efficient staff, but not friendly. Tiny room doors. Small bathroom. The bed was so soft that when one moves the other wakes up. The absence of a living room (whether you are inside your small room or you are in the street). |
