Proximidad al aeropuerto, servicio de bus a la terminal y el servicio de Bar. El restaurante está muy por debajo en calidad a la expectativa de la marca y experiencia Hilton. El precio de su oferta culinaria está poco realcionada con la calidad. Se parece al menu big mac de Mc'Donalds. Una verguenza |

Es un buen hotel, para su precio, muy cerca al aeropuerto. El serivicio de Internet es complicado. Tuvo que venir el técnico del hotel para hacerlo funcionar, luego de un buen rato de intentos por telefono. |

Amsterdam hotel's grazy non-smoking policy forces smokers to smoke in non-smoking rooms. This is particularly awful at the Hilton as the windows are sealed in a way that you feel in an grave. |

Close proximity to the airport for stayover. Ongoing construction. Nonrefundable booking. Distance from terminal compared to Sheraton Schipol. Sauna and steam were not working in the Health Club. Safe in the room was nonoperational. Staff could not put my bill into dollars for my reimbursement. |

When I complained about my pull out bed (see below) staff did offer a 50% reduction in room rate, stating that this was policy when such rooms were used. However, no such offer was made at check in...... Even though my reservation through booking.com was made well in advance, and I called the hotel to confirm and to say I would be checking in after dinner, when I arrived at about 9pm, I was given the meeting area of a suite (the bedroom area separated and not available) with only a pull out couch for the bed. I asked to be moved and was told the hotel was fully booked...... |

Attentiveness of staff at front desk. Convenience of room - darkening drapes, amenities. I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient. |
